This site offers two interactive questionnaires for the assessment of the quality of life (QL) and the quality of working life (QWL).

The questionnaires were designed by the Laboratory for studies on health psychology and quality of life at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).

Quality of working life

The Quality of Working Life Systemic Inventory (QWLSI©) provides a profile of employees’ quality of working life in a company or organization and enables a comparison of different groups of employees to be made.

Quality of life

The Quality of Life Systemic Inventory (QLSI©) is designed specifically for individuals. When it is used alongside the QWLSI©, it can assess the reciprocal influence of the quality of working life and the quality life in general on each other.
